Kelowna and Area Boat Rental Policies
Reservation Policy
• Drinking alcohol or under the influence of drugsis prohibited when operating water craft.
• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your boat reservation. The remainder is due at time of rental. Deposit will be refunded if weather conditions do not allow for the safe operation of the water craft. (This includes strong winds, possible lightning storms, etc.).
• A damage deposit of $1500 is required and will be refunded when the boat is returned undamaged.
• A waiver will also be required.
• Although a boat license is not required, a mandatory Rental Boat Safety Checklist (required by Transport Canada) will need to be completed at time of rental.
• Age Restrictions: Must be a minimum of 24 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• Payable in Canadian Dollars and does not include applicable taxes.
• Fuel is not included in the rentals rates.
• Easy Boat Rentals reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty due to mechanical failure.
